Our not so average life wouldnāt be complete with out featuring our Furbabies that we love oh sooo much! š„°
Introducing our first Furbaby…Our Boo! Aka Boo Boo. š»
(Full disclosure: Her full first name is āBoo Boo Kitty F*ckā inspired by the Jay and Silent Bob movie.) š¹
Boo is 7 years old and is the first furbaby that Nick and I owned together. She is my dream cat come true! Literally. Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of finding a all white cat with one Blue eye and one Green eye.
I randomly came across her one day at the mall. Right when I walked inside, I saw a white kitten through a window at an adoption fair that was taking place, and immediately B-lined it for her. I went in and asked to hold her. As her foster mom handed her to me, she told me āSheās unique. She has one blue eye and one green.ā It was LOVE at first site and a complete kismet moment. She was meant to be mine.
A little about our unique Boo…Since she was a kitten, she has acted more like a dog than a cat. She drools when she gets rubs and LOVES to play fetch. (Yes, she actually chases it and brings it back). She plays hide-and-seek (legitimately), She NEVER stops ātalkingā (much like her Mom šš»āāļø š) and has to announce herself whenever she enters a room. (I donāt do that one LOL) She makes sure that our other cat and esp our dog know that sheās the alpha. Sheās a Mamaās girl and loves to rub noses and have her nose kissed.

Next up we have our black and white beauty…Gearbox! Aka Gearboxie. š½
Gearbox is also 7 years old. Donāt let the name fool you, SHE is a female lol As you can probably tell, my husband named her. Heās a big car guy! lol
Nick found her only 3 days after we rescued Boo. She was only a few months old and living in wooden pallets outside his old work. Sheās a smart one so it took him a week to catch her. What finally drew her close enough for him to get her was a piece of steak lol! Sheās always loved her meats.
Gearbox is literally one of the sweetest cats youāll ever meet and has the most gentle and quiet āmeowā. She may have a little voice and sweet nature, but she is also very strong, and doesnāt let anything mess with her!
She LOVESSS the outdoors and is a curious girl. We let her wander outside in the backyard from time to time while we stay close. She even went out to investigate the snow storm we got a few months ago. We plan to build her and Boo a little outside area. She loves hanging out in the garage, laying on the huge pizza box our local place gifted her, Cat nip treats, snuggling up next to my head at night, giving head hugs, and getting kisses on her forehead.

Last but certainly not least, we have our boy, and newest addition to the family…Frankie! Aka Frankers/Franks. š¶
Frankie is 7 months old. We rescued him when he was only 8 weeks old. I cannot believe how much heās grown already! We got a DNA test done and heās a super mut. Heās a mix of a German Shepard, Lab, blood hound, and a Mexican street dog. The last one def surprised us lol
He joined our little family at the perfect time! Little did I know almost 2 months after we rescued him that I would be needing his extra love and snuggles during the worst time in my life. He is truly such a gift to me.
He is a happy boy with tons of energy! He loves to snuggle and wedge himself between anyone attempting to sit or sleep next to one another. His favorite thing is running around and playing with his girl. Theyāre thick as thieves and get into trouble together like any other siblings lol He TRYS to play with the cats, esp Boo, but she isnāt about it lol He has a super sweet soul and gentle spirit. He fits perfectly into the gentle giant category of dogs. My favorite type!
We are so thankful for our boy and love him to pieces! š¤
