Hello and Welcome! My name is Courtney and I’m 32 years young.
I’m a proud play-at-home Mama to my kind, smart, silly, and oh sooo sassy 4.5 year old daughter and wife to the love of my life. This year we will be celebrating 10 years together. They are my absolute everything and I’m so blessed to call them mine.
I created this blog to share my family’s new, unplanned, and not so average life journey. I was recently diagnosed with infertility aka Early uterine failure, Perimenopause, and as a premutation carrier for a rare genetic condition called Fragile X Syndrome.
My hope is while I’m therapeutically sharing mine and my family’s story, that I can also help others share there beautifully unique stories.
This not so average site is filled with some of my favorite things, real stories of family’s and people who deserve recognition, spreading awareness, positivity, and enjoying simple fun. When you’re here, I hope you always feel welcome, heard, comfortable, happy, and inspired.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m a Empath, optimist, dreamer, and a caretaker by nature. I thrive off positivity and the simple things in life. I believe strongly in equality for ALL and to never judge anyone on ANYTHING but their character.
We are all beautifully unique and should embrace one another’s differences. The world would be SO boring if we were all the same.
Some of my favorite things include: Time with my family and friends, photography, writing, movies, talking, messy mom buns, crystals, leggings, wine, grilled cheese, reality tv, singing loudly off key, and blasting music while having dance parties with my daughter.
